Medical software for clinics and practices

The consultation becomes a conversation again.

VILTAR listens to the consultation —with the patient's consent—, transcribes it and prepares the clinical documentation. The doctor only reviews and signs. And meanwhile, looks at the patient, not at the screen.

Audio is deleted once transcribed. Health data encrypted. GDPR.

The invisible cost

Where the day goes in a clinic

  • Notes finished at the end of the day, when clinic is over and the doctor should already be home.
  • The same information typed twice and three times, in the note, in the report, in the patient's sheet.
  • Calls to repeat instructions that a clear sheet, in the patient's language, would have prevented.
  • Patients waiting with no idea how long, and reception improvising answers.

Every week that adds up to hours of a doctor's time spent on paperwork nobody signed up for when they chose this profession.

The product in action

The note that writes itself

This is how a consultation runs with VILTAR —in this example, an ophthalmology follow-up—. No typing, no dictation, no half-filled templates.

We chose ophthalmology for this example, but VILTAR already works today across four specialties —ophthalmology, dermatology, cardiology and psychiatry— on an architecture built to add more without rebuilding the product.

  1. Consent comes first

Recording only starts once the patient agrees, and that consent is put on record. Without consent there is no scribe: the consultation runs exactly as always.

  2. An ordinary conversation

Doctor and patient talk. Nobody types, nobody dictates in telegram-speak. VILTAR transcribes in the background while the consultation unfolds naturally.

  3. The paperwork writes itself

Out of the conversation comes a structured clinical note: reason for visit, examination, diagnosis, plan. Plus the patient instruction sheet, in their language and in plain words.

  4. The doctor reviews and signs

The final word is always the doctor's: review, correct if needed, sign. A professional PDF ready to hand over. Audio is deleted after transcription — it is not stored anywhere.

For the doctor

Less keyboard. More Medicine.

  • The paperwork prepares itself; you only review and sign.
  • The patient's full history one click away, with no digging through folders.
  • Official medicine data sheet (CIMA/AEMPS) one click away, without leaving VILTAR.
  • A warning if the medicine's name matches an allergy already on record: you decide, the system only flags it.
  • Instruction sheet generated in the patient's language: fewer calls afterwards.
  • Leave on time with no notes left pending.

For the clinic

A clinic that runs better on its own.

  • Scheduling, appointments and walk-ins with realistic waiting estimates.
  • An orderly waiting room: reception knows what to say, and to whom.
  • Signed reports with a professional look, consistent across the whole clinic.
  • Certificate of attendance for any past appointment, in one click: date, time, doctor and clinic, with no clinical data.
  • Access auditing and role-based permissions: each person sees only their own remit.

Everything included

The whole practice, not just the note

Smart scheduling with waiting room

Appointments, gaps and walk-ins in a single view. VILTAR estimates each patient's real wait so reception answers with data, not guesswork.

Patient instruction sheet

In plain words and in their language. The patient leaves knowing what to do.

Longitudinal history

The patient's whole journey, consultation by consultation, in order and to hand.

Digital signature and professional PDF

Signed notes that look impeccable, with your own clinic's logo, ready to hand over or file.

Daily dashboard

The day at a glance for management: activity, waits and load per consulting room.

Security and privacy

In healthcare, this is not the small print.

VILTAR was built from day one to safeguard health data, not retrofitted afterwards to tick a compliance box.

Health data encryption

Sensitive clinical information is stored encrypted.

Full audit trail

Every access to patient data is logged: who, what and when.

Role-based permissions

Reception, doctor and administration see only what their role requires.

Explicit consent

Recording, history access and report handover: always with consent on record.

Ephemeral audio

The consultation recording is deleted as soon as it is transcribed.

GDPR

Designed in line with the General Data Protection Regulation.

Genuinely multilingual

The clinic speaks like its patients

Interface and documentation in four languages. In Galicia and along the Portuguese border, an instruction sheet arriving in the patient's own language is not a detail: it is the difference between understanding the treatment and calling tomorrow to ask.

Not available in the current product

Diagnostic and treatment support: why it is not available

We have AI-based diagnostic and treatment support features, and they are shelved indefinitely. Switching them on would require CE certification as a medical device, and for now we have decided not to apply for it: they are not currently available, they are not part of the product sold today, and they will not be enabled in any clinic without that certification.

We say so because it marks the direction VILTAR is taking — and because we prefer regulatory transparency to commercial ambiguity.

We are also considering ISO 27799 certification — the information security standard specific to the health sector.
